Privacy Policy

GoBoom helps law firms run their advertising. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect when you visit getgoboom.com, submit one of our forms, or connect an advertising account, and how we use and protect it.

What we collect

Information you give us directly: when you request an ad-account audit, book a demo, or contact us, we collect what you submit, such as your name, business email, phone number, firm name, website, and details about your advertising.

Information collected automatically: like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and ad-platform tags, to understand how visitors found us (for example, which ad or campaign brought you here) and how the site is used. This can include your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and campaign parameters such as UTM tags.

Connected advertising accounts and platform data

GoBoom is an advertising-management service for law firms. When you (or someone you authorize) connect an advertising account, such as a Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads account or Google Ads account, you authorize GoBoom to access that account through the platform’s official API solely to provide our service. This may include campaign, ad set, ad, spend, performance, audience, and lead-form data associated with the account.

We use this connected-account data only to operate GoBoom for you: to analyze performance, generate reports and proposals, and, where you approve, apply changes you authorize. We do not use Meta or Google platform data for any purpose other than providing our service to the account you connected, and we do not sell it or transfer it to third parties except service providers who process it on our behalf to run GoBoom.

You can disconnect a connected account at any time, which stops our further access to it. We handle all platform data in accordance with the applicable platform terms, including the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Lead information

When a law firm runs lead-generation forms through GoBoom or captures leads on a connected account, we process the contact details a person submits (such as name, email, and phone) on behalf of that firm so the firm can follow up. The firm is responsible for how it uses those leads. If you submitted your information to a firm and want it removed, contact that firm or contact us and we will help route your request.

How we use it

To prepare and deliver what you asked for, such as your free ad-account audit or a demo.

To operate, analyze, report on, and improve the advertising accounts you connect.

To respond to you and provide our services.

To measure and improve our own advertising and website.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run our business, such as email delivery, database and application hosting, and the advertising platforms themselves (for example Meta and Google). They process data on our behalf and under their own privacy commitments. We do not share your information with anyone else except when required by law.

Advertising and cookies

We use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to measure ad performance and to reach people who may be interested in GoBoom. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Google account settings, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights under local law. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below and we will respond promptly. See our Data Deletion page for how to request deletion of your data.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information and connected-account data only as long as we need it to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we protect it with industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
